The STEP 2 Somatic IFS Training has been launched!
You're invited to register for my Step 2 Training, a comprehensive 54-hour online Somatic IFS Training. To apply, simply visit the booking page on Souliology.com. The 2025 (Step 1) Somatic IFS Retreats in Costa Rica will be open for registration April 1. The dates are February 8-15 and February 22-March 1.

1) Somatic IFS Retreat in Utah, May 15-19, 2024

Red Mountain Resort is at the edge of the Snow Canyon State Park and an hour from Zion National Park. This magnificent space has a labyrinth, hiking trails on the property and a wonderful spa with wellness offerings where you can support your Somatic IFS experience.
Marcella and LaDonna have both been on embodiment journeys and are so excited to come together to share their years of experience, which will support creating a safe and nurturing environment on coming home to your own body.

2) Andreia Pacheco and Olivia Lester are inviting you to join them for a Spring Retreat in the Algarve region of Portugal. HEART ON THE MATter is for those interested in exploring their inner system with IFS and yoga practices to make living in our bodies a more full experience.
Both Olivia and Andreia are experienced IFS Therapists with a keen interest in Somatic IFS. They have both gained valuable insight from their training with Susan McConnell and whilst this retreat is original to them, they draw from Somatic IFS’s rich teaching.
