California Somatic IFS Retreat ~ January 2023

The retreat takes place at Mt. Madonna Center, a 380 acre property in California within the redwood groves infused with a sense of peace and spaciousness. The property is in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Northern California.
On this retreat, you will be invited to explore your internal system with the practices of Somatic IFS. Through guided exercises, journaling, live demonstrations and small group experiences you will listen to your parts through sensations, movements and touch. Your experience of Embodied Self can transform your personal and professional life. This is meant to be an experiential retreat not a formal training of the model.
Three delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style. Mt. Madonna chefs use locally sourced, seasonal and wholesome ingredients and try to accommodate special dietary needs.
There will be ample time to enhance and integrate these explorations with a variety of optional experiences ~ bodywork, yoga classes and movement.
This retreat is open to IFS-informed people and IFS graduates and is limited to 30 participants.
IFS-CE credits are available for this Somatic IFS Retreat.
Non-participating companions are welcome to accompany you and enjoy Mt. Madonna’s amenities.

There is a range of prices, depending on the accommodation you choose. The cost includes tuition, room and board. Air fare to San Jose airport in California (SJC), getting to/from the center and body work sessions are not included in the price.

Details for pricing are on the application link below. Plan to arrive on January 14th after 4:00pm for check in, we will have a welcome meeting around 7:00pm and the retreat will end around 11:00am on January 21st.
